My husband and love chinese and chicken chow mein especially.
I found this recipe which is easy to make and is only 5ppts w/o rice.

1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 cups sliced onion (this is about 2 large), sliced
1 large stalk celery, sliced
1 carrot cut into matchstick pieces
1/2 tin water chestnuts sliced
1 16 ounce can of bean sprouts or fresh from supermarket
8 ounces cubed, cooked white meat chicken without skin
8 fluid ounces water
2 chicken stock cubes
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornflour.
1 teaspoon sugar

Heat oil in a large non stick saucepan over medium heat.
Add onions, celery, carrots, and water chestnuts. Adda bout 2 tablespoons of water, cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a little more water, if necessary, to prevent sticking.
Stir in bean sprouts and chicken
In a small bowl, combine water, stock cubes(crushed), soy sauce, cornflour and sugar. Stir to dissolve cornflour. Add to saucepan. Cook, stirring, 1 minute until mixture thickens slightly and it hot and bubbly.
Serve over rice or noodles ( remember to add points)

This is really lovely serves 4 5 ppts per serving without rice.
