chicken chow mein

hi guys i am going to chinese 2night for tea and when i looked up chicken chow mein in syn book it said 7.5 syns for 380g serving . now i know you cant excactly ask them to weigh it out so what would i syn it as ? thanks x

7.5 as its for an average portion. Noodles are light so I'd say this would be about right. I'm having one too later with my mates watchin Xfactor yeoooo lol xx

i asked my consultant this and she said if you are going to the chinese restaurant then it would be about right for a single portion but it would be 7.5 syns for 1/2 a takeaway portion as they tend to be a lot more generous.

I love love love love it!!! It makes me feel like im being so naughty when i'm actually not haha!!!
