Chicken mini fillets with a thai marinade

Hi all,

Please could someone work out the syns on these for me. It's a 200g packet and each mini fillet contains:

52 cals
1.1g fat
0.2g sat fat
0.19g salt
0.2g total sugars

There's 4 mini fillets in total.

I hope I've got this right as you seem to have given some values as per fillet (which I assume is a 50g fillet?) and some as per 100g. So Im basing this on being for the whole 200g pack these values:

208kcal
4.4g fat
54.2g protein
2.4g carbs

If so the pack using chicken as free food is

Free per package/portion on Extra Easy

Yep! Brilliant thanks. Each fillet must be 50g each so it totals 200g for the whole packet.

They're the ones you cook in the oven and the Thai dressing doesn't look at all oily so thought it might be free!
