Chicken on Green Day?

Hi I am aware that you can have meat on a GD. Tonight i am going to have chicken, Dry roast potatoes & mushy peas. Please can you let me know how much chicken is allowed?

The Book states raw weight 113g or cooked weight 71g

Its pretty m,uch an average chicken breast. I did weigh one once and it came so close to it I've never weighed one since. However I always weigh potatoes when on an original day as its easy to bung another couple on your plate.
