Ow many syns in a morrisons spicy chicken pasta salad??

I can't find this online - do you still have the packaging to give us the nutritional info?

I worked that out n it said 16 syns but chicken n the peppers n pasta r free n I dnt think for the tomato sauce that it was mixed with could be that amount

Did you include the Free food on the list?
We can't work it out without the nutritional info. Have you still got the packet. If not just draw a line under it and start again today.

Was that with choosing the pasta and chicken as free foods at the start though? It seems very high otherwise.

No it included all of it

Sorry I'm not sure whether you mean that the calculation took the free foods into account or that it didn't.
