Hi all, been off slimming world since feb last year (lost 3 stone - moved house, didn't move group - now 1/2 stone heavier and still 3 stone to target!) have started up again last week - giving myself 2 weeks to get back in the zone (and hopefully shift my gained 7lbs) before starting group again.
totally forgot to make lunch today and grabbed some "Taste Original" flavours of indonesia mini chicken satay. Absoloutely delish and don't look too bad from the nutritional info - but wondering if anyone knew how many syns they are or is any good at working them out?
