Fry diced chicken and finely chopped onion in a frying pan or wok using frylight.
Add curry powder/tikka powder to taste once it's nearly cooked.
Add passata (usually 2-3 tbsp works) to the mixture, as well as around 50ml chicken stock.
Keep on the heat, and allow to simmer/reduce down, and obviously this makes sure the chicken is also cooked properly.
Near the end of cooking, add in a table spoon of quark and stir through.
Serve with boiled rice and enjoy!
