Hey all. Does anyone know how many syns Chicken Tonight British Casserole Chicken Seasoning Mix is please. Couldnt find it online, tho could be me being blind lol. Its a Bag and Bake thing. I did type in the values and it gave me 6 syns per serving, just for the mix, and just thought it was a bit high, although it does have cornflour in the ingredients, so it could be right. Thanks

Sounds about right to me. It won't qualify for any free food allowance, so you can work out the value by using the formula 20 calories = 1 Syn.

(If it is around 120 calories, that would be 6 Syns)

Thanks for your reply, see that was what was making me question it, its only 30 cal per serving. :s

Ignore me, i cant read, its 6 syns for the packet, and 1.5 syns per portion, went back and did it all again. Thanks

Yes, I was going to say check the serving size as those packets usually serve about 4 people/portions. Glad you're sorted!
