Chinese beef mushroom

Hi all

I seen on here 300 g of beef mushroom with boiled rice has 4 and half syns in but how much is 300g , is that normally about half of the portion they give you? I forgot to weigh it and it's sitting nicely in my belly now

That's what I usually get and did way it once and it was double the weight given in the book. It was in a rectangle foil takeaway container if that helps.
