Chinese chicken curry!!

Hi I cant find the syn value for this anywhere, ive tried the SW website and on here, maybe im searching wrong. I always have it with boiled rice so I know thats free but not sure how to syn it???
Anyone had one recently and how did you syn it??

It isn't sorry but an indian restaurant chicken curry is 11 1/2 syns per portion

Yeah I really want to know this too so at the minute I'm assuming it's 11 and a half syns, however, I think it might be more as it tastes a lot nicer than Indian curry lol

i would syn it about 12 when i eat it, thats what my consultant said

I would estimate between 10-12 syns depending on portion size. Also, I know this is a bit naughty but Iceland do an awesome frozen Chinese chicken curry which is 10 syns for definate as I have checked, so maybe get one of those then you know for sure? It tastes just as good as a takeaway and is a good size portion, plus you can make as much boiled rice as you like to go with it!

i do syn mine as 6 as we share the portion, then the rice is free, and then 6 for the chips, as i have about 1/3 a portion, hth
