chinese chicken in black bean sauce/chicken chow mein

As it is Friday and ive been out alday and don't feel like cooking i thought we would have a chinese but not sure wether to have chicken in black bean sauce or chicken chow mein does anyone know the syn value for these as i think thats going to be the desider
