Chinese choices!

My normal choice for Chinese night is chicken chow mein , a spring roll and some sweet and sour sauce. Just wonder how bad that is going to be?!
I'm guessing the spring roll is evil because it's deep fried lol

I definitely know the chicken chow mein is 7 syns on EE (I usually have half a tub and that fills me up). Can't help with the spring roll and the sauce sorry.
