Hiya. Got a meal planned tonight at a Chinese restaurant. Just wondered if anyone knew roughly how many syns are in a Chicken & Cantonese sauce meal, was thinking I'd stick to chicken and mushroom dish but it is a treat never go out for tea and after looking at the menu Cantonese sauce sounds nice.. Looking on syns online different jarred sauces can be as high as 22syns!!! (slightly panicky if that's the case!)
