im assuming if its sweetener then u should be ok but i would double check with your SW consultant xx

If it is sweetener, i.e. Aspartame-based, it's fine but if it is Stevia, it needs to be Synned.
Aspartame is 3000 times as sweet as a sugar molecule so you need hardly anything.

That does however sound incredibly sweet.

How many servings does your brownie batch make?

Stevia isn't synned, I've just checked on the food search on the SW app. It's just a natural sweetener made from plants.

I avoid sweeteners, I'd rather have a little bit of sugar and syn it. Aspartame in particular is not very good for you if you research it

It's mixed results really.

Some (very few) people cannot metabolise the Phenyl Alanine found in Aspartame however they also cannot metabolise protein and it leads to a toxic build-up which eventually kills them as it pools in the brain and poisons it quickly.

Most people can metabolise it however there have been some worrying studies come to light which indicate that excessive consumption of sweeteners can actually interfere with appetite regulation.

This MAY be the reason why Muller Lights are on their own column in the new food diary pads however I cannot say this is the definitive reason.

One way I am combatting consuming too much aspartame is to go for products with the green N symbol on the label at the front.
It indicates that the products/ingredients are entirely natural so Sucralose/Stevia will be used instead of Aspartame. I'm hoping that will help me :)
