I stepped on the scales yesterday morning to discover I'd lost 1lb over the Christmas and New Year

TBH though, I was very good all Christmas, I haven't had any Christmas cake or mince pies over the festive season.

Still, I need to kick myself into gear this new year, I can feel a desire to munch on the leftover chocolates and biscuits rapidly rising. I know if I let myself, I could put on pounds this week.....
