Ok I have started Slimming World, doing it from the books I have at home, so my diaries might be a little out of date...
So today...
Green
Breakfast - none
Lunch - HeB Wholemeal roll with a banana inside
2 activia yoghurts, some grapes, blueberries and blackberries
Dinner - Slimming world chips, 2 eggs in fry light and baked beans
Snacks - 2 x Fun Size twix 10 syns
2 x rich tea 4 syns
Little milk for 1 coffee (HeA)
So today...
