Hello, I am super unhappy with being overweight:cry: so after joining weight watchers a few weeks ago and not really sticking to it I figured that perhaps posting my daily eats might provide me with the motivation to stick to weight watchers - all encouragement would be appreciated!!! I am determined to loose the flab!
Breakfast - ww bagel with lurpak light = 5
Lunch - omelette with 25g mozzarella & cherry tomatoes = 4 & some brocolli & cauliflower which needed used up = 0
Tea - homemade vegetable lasagne = 6
Snacks - ski strawberry mousse = 2, s.s milk for tea = 2, pineapple = 0, velvet crunch crisps = 2, ww caramel mallow wafer = 1, shape delight white choco = 3, ww coconut cake slice = 2
Pro points - 27/28
Bad day for snacking but within my pro points
