Hi everyone,

Well i transferred over from atkins, yesterday being my first day on SW. I did it years ago and still have my book so starting off on red/green days until i get back from visiting family, then i will join a group and look into the extra easy.

Yesterday i had:

B: 2 poached eggs on2 pieces of toast (hexb) marge (syns?)
L & D: Pasta, spring onion, tin tuna, extra light mayo and a little grated cheese

Today:

B: 2 poached eggs on 2 pieces of toast (hexb) marge (syns?) 2 large mushrooms in fry light
L: Lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onion, 4 slices ham, grated cheese (hexa) extra light mayo (syns?)
D: Tomato and pepper soup (made with onions, garlic, stock) with chicken pieces and mushrooms (probably ate far too much of it though)

Also had skimmed milk in my tea (hexa)

As you can see, i haven't worked any syns out so far but planning to get on top of that tonight. Unless the mayo and marge are really high i dont think i will have used a lot of syns!

Any help is greatly appreciated and i will not be offended! It's a long time since i did SW (before i had my daughter actually and she is nearly 8) and it is a big change from atkins so will take some time to adjust x
 
Well today went well (i think)

B: 2 poached eggs on 2 pieces of toast & 2 mushrooms (marge 4)
L: Muller light yoghurt with chopped banana (was out so was all i could manage)
D: Tomato & pepper soup with 1 slice of bread and marge (2)


S: Muller greek yoghurt (1) grapes, apple, 2 chocolate fingers (3)

Looking at 10 syns so happy with that :)

Weigh-in tomorrow, hope i haven't gained but either way, from tomorrow it will be the start of my first full week on SW!
 
Morning all,

Well i got a sts after moving over so i'm very happy with that :) Hoping for a 2lb loss this week and the week after to drop into the next stone bracket!

B: 2 slices toast, marge (4) tin spaghetti
L: Probably fruit and yoghurt as i will be out painting the other half's flat otherwise it will be a salad
D: JP with beans or spaghetti

S: Fruit, yoghurts
 
Well its the start of the weekend which is where i struggle:

A: I drink too much
B: I eat too much because i drink too much

Hoping to keep it under control by sticking to bacardi and diet on Saturday night and having a green day on Sunday and hopefully stay away from the chocolate!

Todays plan:

B: 2 ww saugsages (2?) 2 eggs, 2 slices toast (hexb) marge (2) tinned tomatoes
L: Yoghurt and fruit (will be out all afternoon, thats why a big breakfast)
D: Homemade chicken curry, maybe some veg on the side unless i put it in the curry (fat free nat yoghurt syns??)

Nearly the weekend people.........yay!!
 
Hi :) sounds like you are doing great,had to comment because i saw your last post-the weekends kill me too especially when you are drinking and all you can think about is food and i get such bad hangovers the thought of healthy food makes me sick ha,i think you need somethin greasy after alcohol! That is what ruins the good work i put in all week though!i just have to try either not drink or sleep the whole day after :) good luck with your weekend x
