Claire's size 16 dream diary...

Have just started slimming world..never really managed to stick to it before, but have joined with my sister..this time we're going to do it :)

Didn't eat quite as much as I hoped today..poorly child, then friends over..then trick or treating.. will eat more tomorrow :)

B - cherry activia yoghurt, fresh pineapple and some blackberries
L - 2 nimble bread (hexb) 2 laughing cow light (hexa)
D - seafood salad, with shrimps, smoked salmon and seafood sticks, pizza express light dressing (2 syns)
S - timeout finger 4.5, small fruit scone (homemade) 8

Total syns 14.5

Thanks Eliza.. really still feeling very motivated. I said to my sister once we've done a week or so then we can get into the swing of things more and know what to eat :)

L - bns, carrot and celery soup, 5 seafood sticks
D - 2 sw homemade burgers, 1 wholemeal roll (hexb), 2 kraft slices (hexa) and salad with light pizza express dressing - 2 syns
S - walkers french fries - 4 syns Timeout - 4.5

Total syns - 12.5
