Fancied starting a new diary for 2013, as it's a new start for me :) Here is a link to my old diary if anyone needs reminding who I am ;)

Plan for this week is to try and eat healthily until Friday, where I will resume tracking for the year. My weeklies and WI day will be a Friday and I hope this will work well for me :) I haven't even weighed myself yet, but I'm pretty certain I gained over half a stone over the Christmas period :( Will update my signature in due course :)

2013 will be the year I get this yucky weight off me and back into the 9 stone zone! Here's hoping :)
 
Hi claire! My weigh day is also friday hav been pointing since fri really hope i have off this week. I would like to get to see the 10stone mark was 11.5 on friday... ?
 
Okay, so did the big weigh in today and I was.....10st 12lbs, so nowhere near as bad as I thought!

Milk - 3
B: Toast, lurpak and marmite. Pears and ww yogurt. - 4
Lunch (at uni, so estmates): Soup (4), small brown roll (3), salad (0), caesar dressing (2). - 9
Snack: 2 quality streets - 2
Dinner: Veggie chilli - 5
Snacks/extras: Vodka (estimate 18 points), crisps (2). 1 slice toast with marmite and lurpak (3). - 23
TOTAL: 46
Weeklies used: 20
Weeklies balance: 29
 
I estimate, after a simply filling day yesterday I have roughly 20 weekly points left. I am up right now because I have the flu :(
 
Thank you. I'm still feeling dreadful. All I've had so far today is a carton of apple juice and lemsip. Can't face anything else yet :(
 
Yesterday I had:

2 slices toast with marmite and lurpak light: 7
Wispa chocolate bar: 6
Half a tin of WW chicken soup: 1
1 ww petit pain with lurpak light: 4
1 cup of tea: 1

TOTAL: 19


And I still don't feel hungry today :( and on top of that it hurts to eat :(
 
Random one today, don't think I will bother counting as my appetite is up and down depending on how many lemsips I take and how quickly they wear off :( Should have been on my new teaching placement today but I am way too ill to even contemplate it. Luckily my mentor is being very understanding and has said I can have as much time off as I need to get better, but my aim is Wednesday. Fingers crossed. Still in my pajamas and lying on the sofa as we speak.

I have had today (in order):
2 lemsip max capsules
1 pack of Pombear crisps
4 cream crackers with lurpak light and marmite
2 lemsip capsules :(

All of this washed down with loads of icy cold blackcurrant squash....it's all I fancy and anything else hurts my throat.

I don't think I have EVER felt so ill in my life :(

I have since had some supernoodles at lunchtime, half a cheese and tomato pizza with salad for my tea and some orange juice.

Not counting, as I'm sure I've not used too many points, I've not finished anything I've eaten and once I feel better I will stay on 26 points until Friday.

Been down drop in doctors and they confirmed it's a flu virus so am dosed up to the eyeballs on lemsip and ibuprofen. Ibuprofen has helped with my earache and sinus pain which is good.

Is anyone reading this? Feel a bit lonely and sorry for myself :(
 
Had a naughty scale hop this morning, am 2lbs down from Saturday. Guess it's from being poorly. Feel okay about it, although not too happy because I have been so poorly :( Feel a little bit better this morning; headache and earache a bit better now I'm combining ibuprofen and lemsip (doctor's orders) but all the meds have made me feel very sicky indeed. It's like being pregnant again - everything makes me feel sick, even a cup of tea! Doesn't help that I keep coughing, slightly worried I'm going to be sick by accident.

Again today I'm not going to worry too much about points and just try and eat (and keep down) whatever I can manage.

B: 1 slice toast with lurpak light and marmite. 1 cup of tea.
L: Peanut butter sandwich on wholemeal bread. Large glass of orange juice.

glad ur back huni! i had 7.5 gain over christmas eeekkkk had a good time though :)

how was ur christmas? i bet Isla loved it?

Hi Sammie :) Glad you found me! Xmas was great but I was poorly Xmas day with a nasty cold. Isla had fun though, and center parcs was fab :) Here are some pics!

Okay, so weighed myself this morning and I am 10st 11lbs, so 1lb off this week without really trying. Am back on placement now until end of March so going to get on it as much as possible for my friend's wedding which is coming up at the end of March :)

Today:
Milk - 3
B: Toast, spread and marmite. 1 ww yogurt and mandarins. - 4
L: Soup (2), butterbeans (3) 2 slices bread (5), melon, 1 ww yogurt. - 11
Snack: 2 coffees with sugar (all they had at placement) - 4
Dinner: Chicken breast (4), salad with dressing (2), cous cous (5). - 11
Treats: Vodka and diet coke (20). Crisps (2). - 22
TOTAL: 55
WEEKLIES USED: 29
WEEKLIES BALANCE: 20
 
I haven't had a single drink since last Friday due to being so poorly hun! Gonna bloody enjoy these vodkas tonight, off to my friend's house with Isla Pickle who will play and have a sleepover with my mate's daughter, while we put the world to rights!
 
I haven't stuck to it this weekend :( combination of being snowed in and unprepared! I am sticking to 26 points a day every day this week to try and claw it back.

lol feeling pretty rubbish the day after normally means a good night the night before :)
so why dnt u think u have ben good this weekend?
ive been craving nuaghty dinners :( but dint give in to tempation lol
