Fancied starting a new diary for 2013, as it's a new start for me Here is a link to my old diary if anyone needs reminding who I am

Plan for this week is to try and eat healthily until Friday, where I will resume tracking for the year. My weeklies and WI day will be a Friday and I hope this will work well for me I haven't even weighed myself yet, but I'm pretty certain I gained over half a stone over the Christmas period Will update my signature in due course
2013 will be the year I get this yucky weight off me and back into the 9 stone zone! Here's hoping
