Hi I am new to this site and having a few problems finding my way around
Firstly I have set up my Ticker but I don't think it is going to show
Anyway I am on the EE and have been with SW for 6 weeks now and have lost 10 pounds.
My diary for yesterday was
Breakfast/Brunch: Banana & Pear
Coffee with skimmed milk HEX A
Dinner: Cod (skinless, boneless), potatoes and peas
Snacks: Velvet 70% less fat crisps 4 syns
1 Aldi Harvest Morn Bar (same as Alpen Hifibre)
Not really sure what I am doing yet, wish me luck!!
