Hi guys, iv been abit awol the past couple of months and have decided to start a new diary for a fresh start.

After having nearly 2 months off Sw, I weighed in this morning still 9 lbs down. I gained 4 lbs over the 2 months off. Could be a lot worse. WI today at 15.11

I am a vegetarian so will be doing green days. My kick up the bum this time is that I am in my final year of nursing and I am going to do my elective placement in Tanzania, fulfilling a life long dream! So I want to get healthy for my months trip away. And ultimately be a healthy nurse by the time I graduate!

Day 1 complete and very happy with it.

Breakfast: Oats so simple golden syrup (6 syns) milk from HEa and a cup of tea

Lunch: Quorn chicken style strips (5)
Brown rice and mixed veggies. Blueberries and a coffee

Snack: alpen bar (HEb)

Tea: Spanish omelette with tomatoes and onions and a watercress salad. Banana

Water intake: 2.7L including tea and coffee.

Total syns: 11

Exercise: 2 mile power walk (burning 270 kcal according to my garmin)
Various home exercises including 10x running up the stairs, 60 jumping jacks, 30 press ups etc

First day back at it and feeling fantastic

Day 2

B: weetabix HEb and skimmed milk HEa. Cuppa
L: Quorn southern style burger (5) Sw sweet potato chips and reduced salt and sugar beans. Slice of brown bread HEb and butter (3) grapes

Tea: brown rice, courgette, onion and garlic, green beans and a stock cube.

Snack: banana and natural yogurt
Hifi light bar (3)

Fluid total: 2.9L
Syn total: 12

Lunch: roasted vegetables (onion, garlic, asparagus, baby sweetcorn and courgette)
Mini stars (10)

T: jacket potato, HEa cheese and beans. Crudités of carrot and cucumber

Fluid: 3L including tea and coffee

Feeling good!
