[FONT=&]I had a baby 4 months ago and I still have some of the fat from the pregnancy. Im trying to get my body back but its hard when I dont know really what to do because iv been one of the lucky ones an has never been over weight. But now I am an I just don’t know where to start. Iv been doing squats and sit-ups but there just seems to be more that I can do to get better results or even faster results. Ay advice im kinda clueless : /[/FONT]
