hi guys...just started Sworld and because i cant really get to class .. am thinking of doing food diary to keep me on track ...
brekkie - 30 g porridge HEA xtra B skimmed milk Hextra A [ chopped banana]


snack nestle cappucino [2]
apple / mugshot chicken FREE


lunch - no time dunneen fat free [aldi strawberry yoghurt] FREE - i think / small banana and apple


evening tea - breast chicken stir fried [mushroom/peppers] in soya 2 tbsp sweet chilllie sauce [2 syns] with potatoe and carrots

nestle cappo [2 syns] total syns == 6

breakkie porridge [ 4 .5 syns] skimmed milk HEA

lunch 5 ryvita HEAB + 1.5 syns tuna sweetcorn and esta lite mayo 2 tbsp.[ 2 syns] tomatoe /pepper SFREE

snack coffee free
mandarin and kiwi SFREE
mugshot sweet chilli - free
dinner roast chicken /potatoes/mushy peas sFREE and sweetcorn
low fat hot choc [2 syns] TOTAL SYNS = 9.5
 
well missed yesterday coz mental busy and could nt get online..

breakkie - apple

lunch baked potatoe ham a/melted cheese HEA pasta salad / noodles -----say there was a good few syns..eating out so couldn't even guess BOOOO!

coffee and half fry choc bar 5 syns

Dinner ---potatoe / chicken/ carrots/butternut squash
strawberrie/blueberries ............................................just realised I haven't had HEB ... but maybe I shouldn't seen as im not sure what syns I ve had ??

met a girl from work and she had lost 2 stone----guess what she was doing SW!!
