Cod as a HE on Green

The book lists 150g of cod as a HE on Green but it doesn't state whether that's a cooked weight or a raw weight, does anyone know?

I've just had exactly 150g of cooked Cod and now I'm not sure whether I've to syn some of it :sigh:

That'll be raw weight Im pretty sure. It doesn't mention which online either but chicken is 115g raw or 70g cooked, beef is 95g raw, 60g cooked, so I cant imagine you getting 150g fish cooked weight, thats too much.
