Hi,
I'm sure this has been discussed before but couldn't find any posts recently.
I'm on day 3 and loving it (sort of!!), did Cambridge about 4 years ago and followed it to the letter no chewing gum no coke zero nothing but water and breath spray!!
However had a bit of a smoking relapse recently and find it really hard to get by without half a bit of sugar free gum here and there (extra). Thoughts anyone, will this affect ketosis? It's not making me hungry and I'm not chewing it all day.
While on topic of slight deviations - does anyone drink coke zero? I've not had any and won't if it's going to make a difference - however could see the odd can getting me through hard times!!
