This will probably be my saviour in this diet and the one thing to keep me sane and on track.. But I think I may end up going slightly over the recommended 500ml a day and lean more towards 1 litre a day. I'll still drink plenty of water.. Does anyone think that going over the recommended amount will make much difference to weight loss?
 
Is the limit 500ml? Opps ive been having at least 2 bottles a day as I find it really fills me up! Still ended up going into ketosis but it's proberbly slowed the loss down. I wouldn't know it's only my first week.
 
It certainly didn't for me but other people may say different. I think you have to be careful that it doesn't trigger sweet cravings. Plus it is terrible for teeth and the caffeine might give you a restless night's sleep.
Have you tried peppermint tea? We can have that. Also Rooibos/ Redbush tea (the brand I have is Tick Tock) is allowed but it's an acquired taste! I like it. There's also the bouillon, and Dr Pepper Zero.
 
I wouldn't worry. Loads of people drink more than 500 ml
 
I drink loads of the stuff!! dont think I could manage the day at work without a few bottles!
 
It is a new habbit for me i dont usually drink this much fizzy drinks. And it is worrying about what it's doing to my teeth. Im going to start drinking it through a straw from now on! :D
 
Hark at me saying it's bad for teeth, I'm a fizzy drinks fiend!
 
Bought my cans of coke and dr pepper zero. I will probably have 2 cans per day but then stick to water. Im not too keen on fizzy drinks but anything to keep me full i guess.
