I know I'm just so impatient I stick to plan and my loss seems really slow compared to what others are losing and what i lost on atkins last time

i normally am the same, but being on atkins is different, i dont feel like im dieting, i dont constantly think about what im going to eat next....the weight is coming off and its a bonus,

it DOES come off, wait till a few weeks have passed and youll be amazed! x
