Hi I was wondering if any one had any good low fat comfort food chocolate sweete recipes, my step dad is on his last fight battling cancer and he ain't got long left but the closer it getting the more I won't to comfort eat
driving me insane trying to stay away from buying lots off chocolate

I don't know if this will help but Shape Delights chocolate yogurts always give me a massive choc fix, I think there 5 syns but don't quote me on that! There so rich that they always give me a fix when I'm desperate for it

having just discovered weight watchers petit pains are a HEB i have taken to using them to make hot jam rolls i part bake the bread, take out half way through and fill with 2 tsps of hartleys best jam (1 syn) then return to the oven, lovley eaten hot as the bread is so soft and chewy
