I used to post on her while doing SW from Sept 12 to June 13 but then I got itchy feet to try something new and yes in the first few weeks of 5.2 I lost a few pounds but the last 10 weeks I've lost nothing.
I can imagine if you're not particularly big and you're not an emotional eater then 5.2 is pretty good, but all I do is make up for the lack of food on the 5 days as I've felt so deprived on the 2 days. Also sorry for the TMI but it lead to terrible constipation I've no idea why, particularly on PMT weeks.
So I'm treating myself to a whole week off dieting, first in a year, then I'm back on here next Mon
Has there been any big food discoveries this last few months that ill have missed?
