Concentration Levels

Hi all,

Is anyone else struggling with concentration levels while on TFR? I've begun to notice over the last few weeks that my concentration levels are at a serious low and it's beginning to get to me.

I have to multitask ALOT in my job and I'm finding it's getting worse as time goes on...

Yes, I'm just the same. I head up an accounts team and it's month end and I'm struggling. I even forgot where in the car park I'd left my car! I was wandering around trying to look casual till I found it.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one! Was starting to think I was going mad and I'd have to come off the diet I've come so far and I don't want to stop now...

Going to ask the pharmacist about it on Saturday at Weigh in and hope they have some better ideas than giving up x
