Confused about stock cubes

I keep seeing recipes which people post as 0 pp but they use veg stock cubes yes today when I added a recipe of my own to the tracker I put that I had used 2 veg stock cubes & it said it cube was 1 pp - which is correct? Has something changed?

I think it has pp once you use more of it? I use Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot, it's 0pp until I use a certain quantity and then it's 1pp. X
