Confused - muller lites

Having another go....
Hi

I thought we could have the muller lite non fruit yogurts, but the toffee one has sugar in it??
 
the toffee and vanilla ones are the most acceptable due to all the ingredients and sugars from carbs etc etc i know what i mean hope you do to :eek: lol
 
I stick to ff natural Greek yogurt but do have a toffee muller maybe once a week fir my toffee muffins .... Just monitor if it has an effect on your weight.
Maybe eat for 3 days and record kiss then 3 days without and gauge results x

Toffee and Vanilla are supposed to be okay but I have to say they appear to have affected my weight loss...but I do love them, so...It's a toss up between losing more slowly and having a 'treat', for me anyway!
 
There are different kinds of sugar, and they do different things to the body. The sugar in fruit yogurts is fructose, which is one of the worst - it is processed frightening fast by the body, and much more likleyto knock you out of ketosis, stall weight loss and cause cravings for more carbohydrate.
