I am going to order samples and give this diet a try for a few days before i decide if i think i could go a whole month.

I'm really confused. How many shakes should i have a day? Does the meals count like a shake?

I really want to start this thursday so want to order asap as my boyfriend goes on holiday for 4 days. He is the one that tempts me with food and i know the first 4 days is the worst so i'd like it to be when he isnt here lol.

Can anyone help me?? x
 
There are 2 ways of doing the diet
1. 4 Slim and Save packs a day
2. 3 Slim and Save packs + 100g of lean protein.

You can have a maximum of 1 Slim and save bar a day. Bearing this in mind, the rest of your packs can be meals shakes or soups in whatever combination you wish.

i.e
Breakfast - S&S porridge
Lunch - soup
Afternoon snack - bar
Tea - S&S meal pack or 100g lean protein

In addition to the above, you can have 150ml of skimmed milk and 200g of veg ( from approved list)

And last but not least, drink loads of water! S&S recommend 2-2.5litres a day, me personally I have between 3-4 litres, but have always drank a lot.

You need to have 4 packs a day

OR

3 packs a day and 100g of protein (such as chicken, tuna ....)

the 4 or 3 packs can be any combination but ONLY ONE BAR per day.

you can also have 200g of the allowed veg ontop of eith plan but its optional :)
 
Thank you. I've ordered samples of most flavours so going to see how i manage then order some more i've tried these in the past and failed! However this time i've lost 2 stone already with weight watchers so want to get this 1.5 stone off before then end of august which i dont think is realistic on weight watchers.
