I am new to slimming world and almost through my first week. I have been getting on OK, but not have got a bit confused. I am making pork meatballs and spaghetti for dinner tonight, and could only find lean pork mince (less than 12%). It says this is 5 1/2 syns for 100g - does this mean if I have 200g then this is 11 syns - not sure if quantities matter as it doesnt seem to on the free food. Also savoury rice packets says 100g uncooked, but when this is cooked the packet weighs alot more than 100g and I have been having an entire pack!
Any help is greatly appreciated
