Conso in two weeks?

Hi all,

I'm due to start consolidation two weeks today however I know I won't be at my target/true weight by then. A few days ago I still had 9lbs to go (have lost 22lbs).
What should I do? Carry on with cruise until I get to target or switch to conso and hope I lose s bit more anyway?

I started conso a week later than i was supposed to as I still had a couple of pounds to lose and I wanted to make sure they came off. You might lose a couple of extra pounds anyway when you are on conso but i would only start conso when you are at your goal wait if I were you
 
Are you going by the date give by the DD site? That was only an indicator. I agree with Lou, personally I waited till I had reached my target (which was probably about the same time as I never made a proper note of the date given...) Do what feels best for you and remember to adjust the length of conso according to the weight you actually lost. But don't rely on losing more in Conso, not everyone does.
 
Thanks both. I'll keep at it. It's strange cause the first time I tried Dukan the website said my true weight was 11 stone but this time around he said it was 10.7. I feel like the lower weight is correct though as I wouldn't be happy with just 2lb more, as tempting as it is to start on the bread and cheese :)
