Cooking instructions for Joes Sausages

Hi

I'm new to all this and joined today.

Does anyone know how to cook the marinated meats? I've bought the hot and spicy chicken but there are no cookings instructions and I'm useless at cooking - can someone help please?

I've also bought some grills and sausages at my local slimming world group and presume I just grill these as normal sausages.

Is it chicken legs, breast a whole chicken?
The sausages just get cook as normal, under the grill, in the ovan or on a George forman xxx
