Coping with foodpacks

Hi everyone

I thoroughly detest the spag bol and carbonara. The texture and after taste is horrendous. I've tried seasoning, etc but I'm contemplating a splash of ketchup. Any thoughts?

How about tabasco?

I would be wary of the sugars in ketchup. x
