Hi ya

I'm starting the diet tomorrow and going shopping tonight can any one tell me where I can find fat free cottage cheese?? I can only find low fat stuff

The lowest fat content I've seen is Tesco value. I think that's about 0.1%. The value range ones often seem lower fat than the 'diet' ones so get the lowest you can find.

I use the Waitrose Love Life cottage cheese - it's DELICOUS!

Waitrose LOVE Life you count Natural Cottage Cheese 1.5% Fat - Waitrose

The tesco one is nice! Not tried the others mind you i didn't think I liked cottage cheese until I started dukan 3 days ago!
