I don't think that one would be free as its only the Very Low Fat.... not just the healthy one. I would try to syn it if you can to be safe on Lifeline online x

Asda's Natural, Prawn and onion and chive from the good for you range are all free, and their pineapple one is 1 syn per 100g

Just to update, misses found the free branded book, and ASDA G4U Cottage cheese is actually free, yipeeee.
