Could anyone tell me the syn value of this..?

Hello,

I am extremely new to minimins, and have only just signed up. I have used it to find out syn values of things for a while now without signing up. It is such a great site!

I am loving Slimming world so far and have lost almost 2 stone!!

I was wondering if someone could tell me the syn values of the new Mugshot style pasta snacks at Lidl. They are called 'Newgate Snack Shots Pasta..' and I have the 'creamy cheese' one. It looks lovely but don't want to finish it off and then discover it is extortionately high in syns! (Would be perfect for tomorrow's packed lunch though!!'

Hi Cate, congrats on the loss so far and welcome!

Doesn't look like that's on the SW website yet from what I can see, and as it'll have a free food allowance for the pasta you will need to give us the nutrition info from the pack to work out the syns. I have to say I like the creamy cheesy things too but sadly (and unsurprisingly) they're generally higher in syns than any other variety!

Energy - 112 kcal
Fat 1.1g
Carbs - 20g
of which sugars - 1.5g
Fibre <0.5g
Protein - 3.3g
Salt - 0.58g
