Hi guys, after a number of years away, which I explained over in my blog, I'm back. I'm thinking in addition to the weekly blog I'm planning to start again, I might benefit in doing a food diary.

If anyone would like to follow, comment and basically point out if I'm going wrong anywhere, it will be greatfully received.

My weigh in day will be Thurs, so I'm synced with my wife's SW meeting and weigh in day.
( sadly we both can't go due to childcare issues )

Anyway here we go.

Day 3 . Wednesday / Thursday 14/09/2016 - 15/09/2016 ( On nights hence the two dates )

Well this is when it gets interesting, working nights next 3 days, so it's always difficult to decide when the daily Syns start and finish, as a rule I tend to class a Syn day as when I wake up to when I go to sleep, hence days like today when I need to spread my Syns over a 21 HR period.

Well as I was on nights, it's fair to say Thursday and Friday night went horribly wrong with about 60 Syns consumed as I had a crisp craving and picked up a pasty for lunch on Friday. Thursday was treat night as its my wife's weigh in day, so I don't count Syns for that day.

Anyway, now nights have finished, time to get back on it and claw some of those Syns back.

Weekly Syns total - Max - 180 Syns - 30 a day :O That still sounds rediculously high, got to that number by using 20 Syns a day for over 16st, and 10 extra Syns for Male. Is this really right?????
