First things first:
I am following SW on line;
it's the US version;
I have nothing other than a version of Extra Easy in the US notes and booklets, but have all my old SW Red and Green books including cookery books from about eight or nine years ago, so could do Red or Green days if I wanted to;
so far I am finding eating a mix of all the Free Foods along with my HEA and B to be more than adequate.
Okay, so, obviously at time of first post it is not that long since breakfast, so I shall update this when I have done more than just eat breakfast!

Satisfied with what I had; tried out a packet pasta mix as threatened in another post. Coleslaw was home made with a fat free Quark, lime juice, vinegar and mustard dressing - all free! | 4 | 3 | 2.5 |
