Puddings Cream substitute

Hi I'm looking for a good cream substitute. I think someone at my SW club mentioned Quark, Fromage Frais and sweetener. Not sure if this is right. Any ideas?

i use fromage frais or 0% fat free greek yoghurt.

i mix quark with sweetener, a little at a time until it takes good for me!
