Total Solution cruise in 2 weeks

hi everyone, as title says I am going a cruise in 2 weeks , have been on exante for 2 weeks and have lost a stone, have another to lose.

my question is would you advise staying on ts till I go- eating and drinking whilst away! or doing 1 of the refeed plans next week before i go?
i do plan to restart when i get back.
any advice?

Personally I would recommend upping your calorie intake gradually before you go, if you intend to eat & drink in a 'relaxed' way on your cruise. (Lucky you by the way, a cruise sounds lovely!!) :)

The reason I say this is your body is in a bit of a vulnerable state right now as it's got used to such few cals... and to limit damage and weight gain whilst away, it would be better if your body was at least used to 'normal' food again, even if the calories are only slightly more than the packs. Maybe do this for the final week before you go? After all, don't wanna undo all your great work, do you?...

Agree with Pinkie here.... you dont want to undo all of your hard work now do you.

Go up a level or two and this should help your body adjust a bit better, therefore limiting the gain.

thank u both for your help, wanted 2 get as much off but what u are saying makes sense. 2 weeks 2 lose a stone bet only takes 1 to put back on !!! x
