Hi everyone. I am a return veteran on minimums. Last time I was here I was on LT. I've gained a few lb so trying to get fit again and loose a bit more this time. I am starting cruise phase today. I lost 10.6 lb on attack so moving on to phase two now. I'm looking for inspiration as I am a bit scared of this phase. Can anyone direct me to some threads which can advise on veg portions etc. Also I am a shortie. At just 5'1" I'd love if there were other small people here for support. I hope I have this post in the right place. Thanks everyone!
