Cruise PP vs. Cruise PV

Does anyone find they are hungrier on PV days than on PP days? This is my first week on cruise and its just something that I've noticed. I've been having Yoghurt + Oatbran / Muffins for breakfast, a big salad for lunch and then meat and veg for dinner. Whereas on PP days, where I'd probably eat just a little bit more protein in place of the veggies I feel more satisfied and don't feel the need to snack.

I know I can eat as much of the "allowed" foods as I want so I don't need to worry about being hungry - but just wondered if anyone else felt the same?

Glad its not just me! ;) I was just wondering because I've got home from work and felt the need to snack on some ham, and I'm still going to eat for dinner... very strange!

Quick question - your lunch salad, does it include any protein at all? Meat? Eggs? Cottage cheese? Because it should. You are aiming to still have 2/3 protein and 1/3 veg overall. Protein will always keep you full for longer anyway...

So anyway it's not something I have experienced... but I've frequently had more than 2 eggs in a day anyway...

I feel the same way! I defo have to up my protein on PV days.

I definitely include protein - either fish and egg or chicken and egg. But it probably is more veggies. I didn't know about the 2/3 / 1/3 rule. Will try this and see if that is better.
