Given the recent quark shortage experienced by some on here you've done well to track some down!! Have a good look at the recipe thread, I tend to use quark in Dukan muffins but you can use it for dukan bread, quiche, cheesecake-style "puddings", to stuff chicken or mushrooms for example, or make a thick sauce..? Lady Mahayla has some brilliant recipes ("Recipes I love...") on the forum.
