Have been on cruise for 4 weeks, only now starting a diary.


PV -

B: Oatbran porridge
L: Homemade chicken and veg curry
D: oven baked Marrow with quorn mince,onions,garlic & basil.
S: FF Greek yoghurt with sweetener. Cucumber.

D: Tea, coffee, water.
No salt added to food. Kicking the habit again.
 
Hello there. Good menu. Marrow - I've not eaten that in years. Great idea for a tasty meal.

Like you, I'm off salt where I can. It certainly makes me more inventive with other herbs and spices.

ive never tasted marrow... must put it on my to try list
 
It's like a giant courgette lol. I take out a bit of the inside and fill it with the mince and onion. It was a nice change. And yes I love salt so much and never thought I'd give it up but using spices is just as good I've found.
 
I didnt eat a lot of salt to begin with so have switched to lo salt...only thing i ate it in was potatoes & eggs... cant have scrambled egg without it

S: Jelly, quark, cruga chilli biltong.

Water, tea and coffee.
