Ok...so I have rally enjoyed my attack so far, and only have a few days left on it before embarking on cruise.

What items do you all buy regularly that you couldn't cope without?? So excited about going shopping!!

Couldn't cope without extra lean minced beef, roast chicken, salmon steaks, cherry tomatoes, garlic powder, ff natural yoghurt, eggs, cocoa powder, sf jelly and vanilla flavouring!

zero greek yogurt

This may be a really silly question, but can the veg be frozen? I have a bag of frozen spinach in the freezer which won't get used otherwise.

Absolutely... frozen veg is fine :)
